  • Are there any extra charges on the calculated prices?

    No there aren't. The prices that appear on our web-site are final prices.

  • Where will I meet the driver?

    Your driver will wait for you at the at the Arrivals lounge or in front of your cruise ship with a sign and your name clearly written on it. 

  • What will happen if my flight is delayed?

     Don't worry. For us it is not a problem. We control your flight by internet and by phone.  Even if the flight is delayed the driver will be at the airport at the new time of arrival at no EXTRA cost. If you know that your flight will be delayed please inform us in any way. If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours please email us to investigate any problems. 

  • I have a reservation, but I want to change my pick-up details,what should I do?

    Please send us an e-mail to info@cretebooktaxi.gr and we will change it in our reservation system.

  • What about child seats ?

    Yes we provide it without extra charge. You just have to select it  in  reservation form.

  • I have already made my reservation but still haven't received the reservation confirmation email.

    If you have already completed the reservation process on our site and still haven't received your reservation confirmation email please check your SPAM and make sure our e-mail wasn't mistakenly filtered out of your inbox. If you have any questions just contact us.

  • I would like to be transfered to a location that is not displayed as a destination.

    There is no problem at all. We provide transportation to any place in the whole island.
